Energy Gauge for Jumps

Now, if we really wanted to talk about Jumping, we'd be asking for different types of jumps via Race!

Every time one of you foolishly makes a thread about this, a troll somewhere says, "I'm gonna hop like a damn jackrabbit all day long" They may find your character in game and literally try to kill you with the level of immersion breaking you brought on yourself.

Jumping in ffxiv is just for asthetics, it has no point, they added "fences" and small cliffs for you to jump over so it makes it seem not as pointless. So, yes I would like a limit on how many times you can jump in one go.

people are allowed to have differing opinions, but when said differing opinions are just rehashes of the same tired old thread/argument that's been made dozens of times before and cried about for 70+ pages before, it just starts looking stupid.

and i never said it was on the same level, i said they stem from the same basic line of reasoning. you're quite the moron if you can't look at the actual words someone says and consider their denotative definitions before flying off the handle with some irrational mindspew.

i love how people always try to use broken logic to support an argument but can't see how awfully it contradicts their own position, or conveniently choose to ignore said contradiction as to pretend they don't weaken their own position as a result of said faulty logic.

how about this: you keep posting your dumb opinions about jump all over the forum just like everyone else, and if it bothers me i can just not read them. and when the time comes we'll keep spamming our dumb jump all over the game, and if it bothers you you can just look the other way.

I'd like there to be a limit on how many times stupid posts come up on these boards... or a limit on how many times Rokien can post in the same week...

But we can't all get what we want. DEAL WITH IT.

If we use TP to dash (as shown in the Producer Letter Live) why can't we have TP to jump? At least you wouldn't see anyone spam it during important combat content.

I don't care much but I feel like that would be a decent compromise.
