Don't expect anything new, there will probably be one final patch after Nov 1 which brings the grand finale but they are most likely done when it comes to quests and what not.

Well, There is no mention of a 1.23c, November First is a "Save Maintenance" so the only conclusion is that the Grand Finale is a "Timed event". SE never told us when I timed event occured, they just happened.

It does make sense, and I don't find it unlikely, it just irks me when people present stuff as facts when it hasn't been confirmed =/
