TP regen

how much you dislike what i'm about to say look like they went with somewhat a wow-clone for 2.0 and that ok because they just want to make money to pay for a big % of 2.0 remake Top of that most players like that and are use to playing games like that. I'm pretty sure later on when people complain they would fix the issue we having with the game noting is set in stone look at FFXI it becoming FFXIV where two hour is now 1hour and with merits it's 30m that only 15 more min then what we have in FFXIV.

The only thing i wonder did anyone see how long is the recast for our current 15m action? i'll wait to alpha or beta to even say that the system there doing is bad.

And don't forget the limit break gauche. I'm sure it don't fill up fast if the party members just spam the skills without some timing.

I'd rather have a 3-second cooldown on all my WS's than a 1-15 minute cooldown, quit your complaining.

i think the reason there complaining because they may feel that it become a spam fest where there really no skill you go in and everyone spam there WS and the boss is dead within a short amount of time.

Right now we at level 50 right? i'm sure when we get level 60-70+ we would have ws that would cost 500tp that half your tp right there on one account so it really about when and how you should use your ws you be auto attacking most of the time lol if TP does not fill quick enough.

I am really wondering whats the difference between TP and MP? They seem almost same to me.

Only differences i can think of right now is that the TP cost and TP pool stay the same from lvl 1-50. While the MP pool and MP cost of spells increases every lvl. Also as long as you cast spells you dont regenrate MP while you seem to always regenrate TP. However when you stop casting for some time your MP regeneration increases by a lot. Also you can improve your MP pool and regeneration by adding more MP through your gear.

Well we will have to try it out how diffrent the casting compared to using Weaponskills will really be.

I can't see the point about this. Men, you have to consider TP like MP now. Period.
As a mage, would you spam magics depleting your MPs in 10 sec? Obviously not, also for enmity issues. You'll only have to take a look at your tactical points trying to conserve them.
I didn't know that the "regain" effect would have been 30TP/tic ... It's a lot compared to every sort of MP refresh.
Plus we have to consider abilities like "Invigorate" ecc. ...
I think Yoshi-P and the other guys know what they're doing ... we shouldn't complain about this new system (the only one that seems intelligent for me in a PvP sight) before have tried it ...

This is kind of how high-end events are done right now any way. Some planning, players know their part, buff > spam > profit...

If anything, this system will basically allow bad players to fail even harder.

I don't get why they had to turn a somewhat unique battle system into something terribly similar to pretty much everything else out there. :/

Yep i agree last Boss in AV go in monk spam there most powerful WS it dead a very short amount of time. If we was playing FFXI version of AV it would take over 1hour to get pass the queen Boss and 30+m just to kill the last boss.

I just hope in 2.0 boss fight are not that short -.- like if crystal tower one of the hardest floor to get to the boss and when you enter the boss is killed within a short amount of time that would feel like a waste of time lol.
