Why can't you finish seasonal quests you've already started?

Almost like OP was asking for a way to finish the quest after the event has passed, aka phasing like in any other game.

Whats the point of seasonal events if you can just accept and complete whenever you feel like it?

I hope so! They have been pretty decent with keeping both of the Halloween areas there.

The quests quite literally takes 2-5 minutes to complete.
And no, you're not entitled to rewards.
