If they want to spend their sub playing dress up and going to virtual clubs, who are we to stop them? I don't do clubbing, but I am a roleplayer (though I do content as well, primarily crafting and occasional raiding, plus MSQ as it comes out), and if I want to spend my time in the game socializing, there's nothing wrong with that. Every MMO has a scene like that (WoW, GW2, ESO all have RP communities, and WoW's is even bigger than FFXIV's), so I'm not sure why you're acting like this is a misuse of the game when every MMORPG is like this.

Sticking out nails get nailed down. Only Japan things. Honestly I hope SE gets bought out by a chinese company, it would be pay to win af but at least the quality would be there. This lackluster mediocre lukewarm approach without giving us a roadmap while our virtual rent for houses keeps rolling is insane.

See your mindset I find absolutely baffling to read. Are you like this IRL too? I think there was a paragraph somewhere from MLK on the "moderates that do agree but will oppose any criticism or action anyway", which seems perfectly fitting.

opinion and being critical are two thing you also have opinion that you will defend but I also critic the game so it can get better over all. but if you can do the difference well it isn't such my problem sadly

False, the game has been good before and people can want it to get back to that point.

I’d say people rarely ever devote much thought to things they don’t care about. If a bunch of people are criticising the game maybe it just means a lot of people care about it and want things to improve. Obviously, ‘how’ that should happen varies massively between people.

i hate this game anymore i left once ill leave again soon.
