Fortune Carrots in OC

It's actually one of the easier titles to get. If you are not considering grinding each carrot, then the most challenging part is the initial sunk cost, that is, simply purchasing them on the market board. I believe that is how the current titleholders have gotten theirs.

I agree but I still find it to be unreasonable. It's by far the most expensive achievement in the game. Carrots are fairly unrewarding for their cost and rarity, their only real value is the achievement.

If you are not going for the achievement, the mystery box objectively a loss. Most players should sell it.

A tinfoil hat theory time!

Fortune Carrot made me think it’s a product of misinterpreting the number of bunny chests being cleared from Eureka. Their metric guy were probably like “So players loves these! Let’s make an achievement out of it!”—not accounting the fact there are good portion of those clear rate are influenced by existing bots.

By the logic you are giving, most titles in this game are "easy" to get due to the cost. For way cheaper then what the carrots are going for, you can spend that gil getting completing so much (and hell, can even get clears of certain content if you find an FC doing that for a large gil payment)

The only thing the achievement serves is to show who is actually crazy enough to waste that much gil on ONE title, because with how low the drop rate is on the carrots and how the chests respawn, that's the only way someone has it.

i dont think its a waste, because theres nothing else of value to buy in this game. Whoever has 2b+ doesnt care about anything on the market

In the context of OC, this achievement is something SE expect everyone to obtain by grinding. Yet, what we are seeing now completely contradicts that notion. It is not supposed to be an easy title to get, but it is circumvented by the gil method.

I mean... It's a waste considering that a lot of people turn titles off and don't see them anyway. You can do a lot more with that kind of gil then that.

Fair enough. I was actually interested if, when North Horn comes out, the carrots had a different way of obtaining and this achievement was slightly easier.
