Bumping the thread again because issue is back.
Not sure if anyone said it, but it appears going to the aesthetician forces the icon to change.
I'm also having issues with this since the 7.4 update. I used a fantasia recently and it still hasn't updated in over 5+ days. using the aesthetician didn't force a change either
