I'd be more worried about the loss in APM and the degradation of our dps rotation.
We lost 2 gap closers per minute, 1 blood weapon per minute. And what did we get? New animations for our bloodspiller combo so we can pretend we're not mashing 1 button and a follow up on Living shadow once every 2 minutes.

Can't *wait* to go 11111111121111111112 like a healer after our burst. Planning gap closers? Double weaving? Counting to 3? Nah, too hard.

Fair enough, these additions were oddly GCD focused for Dark Knight so far.
I'm more concerned by the fact that neither Dark Mind or Oblation were used in the actions trailer.
I'm worried their idea of upgrading tank mits made them decide that the other buttons were unnecessary, and now every tank will be pressing their TBN and their upgraded Rampart or upgraded 30%. Hopefully they were just left out and not deleted.

Bloodweapon is a bit whatever, I'll care more once we know how they've bundled it in, I'm interested to see how they've managed it in terms of MP generation as it would basically have to grant 1200 MP per GCD if its only 3 stacks to be the same, or if its really just going to grant 2 buffs at once.

I'm also worried about Esteem's super slow dash, it could lead to it not fitting as many abilities in when a boss moves. And it might not land as many abilities into a burst window.

Well keep in mind that its very likely that Esteem is going to be part of the pre-pull now. You'll probably use him roughly where you pop blood weapon now, maybe earlier given he takes his sweet time to do shit (~7s) So the entire alignment might be different entirely.

I understand making tank stances more streamlined, they went way too far with that but whatever.

But why are they making the DPS rotation more easy now we have no aggro management??? I'm honestly just pretty fed up with tank design it's making me sad even thinking about the changes, let alone how ast is becoming blander, mnk/blm/drg are too.

I just feel like enough is enough, I was expecting some simplification in DT but this has gone way too far at this point.

Can't use gap closer to start a fight anymore with DRK or GNB.. since it dose no damage it won't grab aggro.. but Pally and WAR can still use theirs to start a fight since they get to keep their damage on gap closers...

Us Dark Knights, and tanks in general, getting shafted again.... but look at the cool new animations!! They have new animations!! That makes up for the crappy balance right???

So from what I got, DRK is still a worse WAR for 3 years but is promised it's own thing later ; maybe.
