Who here is actually playing FF14

I don't play anything else - partly because I love the game (am I allowed to admit that here?) and partly because of time.

Between work and family commitments I'm lucky if I can scrape in an hour before work, 45 minutes at lunchtime and a few hours between 10pm until whenever am too tired to continue (usually midnight-ish).

Again, I don't have much desire to play anything else anyway and lack of time means that sticking to one game - one I enjoy - makes sense to me.

You seem like a pleasant person, I'm glad the friendly and non-toxic community is well alive in FFXIV!

Currently, I'm logging in daily (most days) for a couple hours to do some achievement hunting and then just helping a friend work through the Shadowbringers relic.

The usual mundane things that I have done between patches since starting this game.

I dont think there is any need to own you to be fair, as I said in the other thread I am literally the furthest from defending this company, I think they use terrible practices and that the content is absolutely mediocre to no end, I'd rather switch back to WoW if I want to do content because at least it's fun there

All that to say that I am literally on the negative side regarding this game except for socializing and housing/pvp+ maybe a bit of crafting

But your attitude is not "cool", I'm not sure why you think it is, somehow you think like you're some pinnacle of trolling because you make absolutely useless threads like "is anyone playing ffxiv ?"

Yes people are playing FFXIV, just like people are playing WoW, ESO or whatever other game you want, what's your point ? That people play other games ? So what ? At some point you gotta make it make sense, and the whole "yeah people pay for my subs" isnt helping it, you're just making it even more cringe by saying that, what you do really isnt the big flex that you think it is, it really isnt

I'm an achievement hunter so that's how I keep myself busy. Currently I'm working on the Eureka weapons and Pteranodon mount.

Personally I find spending 2 hours a day of my free time on forums of a game I don’t play very odd.

I also find it funny to ask people in a forum that requires a sub to access if people are using their subs. Most people don’t pay subs for things they don’t use unless they forgot they were paying the sub, which isn’t the case of people posting here.

I play daily for at least 2-3 hours, when I can manage it. I'm still fairly new, right now focused on completing the MSQ (getting close, in Ultima Thule right now), working on Beast Tribe rep (Vanu Vanu ugh), and levelling all jobs to 90 (such a long way to go. such a long, long way to go... but I'm having a blast).

After I finish those tasks... I have a lengthy list of other stuff I want to do.

Meanwhile, my stack of unplayed single-player games are giving me the stink-eye, every night.
