That was my first impression, too. They made relic about hamlet so we'd spam that enough to make it worth their time and money to develop it - but then the work to payoff ratio of relic is kind of meh aside from the "LOOK AT ME, I'VE GOT A RELIC" e-peen... so a lot of people just didn't want to bother...

And now the next GC rank costs the same as step one of relic -- as if to say, "Well, I know you didn't want to go for it... but now that you have the 25k why don't you spend it on the book, instead!?"

I call shenanigans.

the time sink is the 25k to lvl plus the seals needed to buy the weapon. Also, im pretty sure he was referring to all the times sinks in general not just the 25k seal item.

if you still d/c then it your issue i never D/C in this game the only time i do is internet went out or power went out and seeing how that happen a lot in FL i don't count that one as a real d.c

So ifrit extreme requires you to have started the quest. to start the quest you'll need the 25K seal item (and now we need another 25K seals to get last rank) and the 9 hamlet seals. They said they did add new factions for new drops and new drops to existing behests. I hope they added hamlet seals and that is what theyre talking about. hamlet is killing me repeating for maybe 1 seal for a random person in the group lol >.< especially when it requires such a specific setupish

New DH chests...... also interesting
New rewards for Behest/Caravan...... I'm sensing a theme here, recycling
New GC quest/rank/items........ 25k seals again >< back to grinding
I expect more people to use the Recruit menu now but I could be kidding myself

oh wait. So you have to do every content in game to have relics lol. Hamlet Behest AV CC Carvan Darkhold and Ifrit then we gonna have moogle extreme and garuda extreme lol.

this spells no relic for me. just do not have the time. I'm ok with that.

pretty sure they wont add hamlet seals to faction leves,lol

seems alot of people are upset that they wont have all the quest done in one day.

Relic quest is just.
