At this point in Shadowbringers, Bozja had released.
At this point in Stormblood, Anemos had already been out for months and Pagos was only a few weeks from releasing.
at this point we are only on the second step of the weapon, come again? Not all can be done in the same time just like that, it is more complex than what it look like, so it is still irrelevant.
They went earlier on the relics in Shadowbringers, due to Corona and it most likely would be easier to give the players that first, due to perhaps easier way to work around stuff and the likes.
You did not get any fancy raids and new areas to go to with the first few steps in Shadowbringers and you may see fewer steps in Endwalker, who knows?
Crystal always seems to have enough people in Eureka to clear the whole zone. And as time goes by it fills even more. And I mean at anytime of day. I don't think I have seen less then 8 actual players at anytime. And when the cash mobs are close to spawn zones get quite a few. I don't do Bozja so not sure. But if farming a weapon in Eureka and not doing it during primetime where might get multiple boss spawns for weapon, less then a month. If doing it during prime and focused I think you could do a weapon a week.
It does suck for last part of Eureka you can't casual it and just wait till zone starts to fill up and go. Not sure why it is so unbalanced to the rest of it. So if Bozja is not balanced for casual. That would kind of suck.
I have just did Dalriada two days ago for fun and we had around 20 players.
Zadnor is pretty active as well as the southern front, so yes. Bozja as a whole is definitely not a ghost town, and Eureka is far more alive than Bozja is, as I haven't even seen bots there to begin with (50+ players in one instance is not uncommon in Eureka, without counting people going to BA)
FF 16 better be worth it is all I have to say. That is clearly where the development focus is at the moment, and probably has been for some time if the state of FF XIV is any indication. If it is not worth it, I am putting FF XIV, and by extension SE, in my rear-view mirror and never looking back. This company really is the worst nowadays.
FF14 players should get a Square Enix discount card for all SE games and products with how hard our sub money funds their other projects while 14 gets neglected and goes to shit, lol
Hell, I don't even have a PS5. Never wanted one to begin with. Even if I did want one, everywhere was always sold out. Imagine learning that the game I pay monthly to play is going to have mediocre releases for the next year because... *checks notes* the best developers on the team have left to design another game entirely. For me, that's not a reason that makes me go "oh, okay. I understand." That's like "sorry I'm late and doing a mediocre job on the service you already paid for, I was busy buying you a chocolate cake you never asked for. btw I'm charging you for the cake if you want to eat it. What do you mean you don't like chocolate?" Legit, post-EW has been so mediocre and empty of an experience. The least they can do at this point is offer ff14 players a discount on 16 so they can play an actual game with content that their lost devtime and submoney helped fund anyway, dead ass.
A Beast tribe which you do once per day for less than twenty minutes. Deep Dungeon, admittedly, has far more staying power but that's essentially all we get in terms of new content for what will likely be until May. That isn't "not all content is everyone's cup of tea." That's no content whatsoever.
6.3 on the whole will likely last five months and it's practically barren. If you aren't doing TOP, there's almost nothing new to do.
Uhhhh, Bozja released in 5.35. So essentially the patch we're on right now—which so happens to be the second step—released a "fancy raid and new area." The initial step was the lazy 1,500 tome step but that also released a bonus EX trial in Memoria. So still an improvement over what Endwalker has offered.
It’s pitiful really, I’ve never questioned what I was paying for since beta but I have recently started to…
