Regarding the legacy campaign announcement- New deadline?

Got the answer from the support: if you registered for the 90 day model before June 30th, even if the billing occurs only in July, you will be eligible.

Problems regarding people (like me) who already paid 1 or 2 months separately will have to check the Lodestone for more info, which will probably appear soon.

Here's my problem, I only just resubscribed last week because 2.0 info was getting me interested in the game again. I picked the 30 day option. I'm paid up until July 6th, so even if I pick 90 days now, that isn't going to help me with the legacy campaign is it...? ><

I am attempting to chat with them now. I will let you guys know what they say. As a previous poster said, the requirements for this were too vague to be helpful.

A friend of mine who also just started, contacted SE... and this is what they told me afterwards.

The very first paragraph of the notice states that they are discontinuing the 90 day option for all subscribers. I must assume that is for all players wether you have qualified for the Legacy Campaign or not by now. There is no mention of the 180 day option. Is that being continued or not? Some clarification prior to the end of the month would be appreciated so I can plan accordingly.

The support told me that, by REGISTERING (not PAYING) for the 90-day model before JUNE 30th (which I did today), makes you eligible for the Legacy Campaign, as far as you don't cancel it. In simple words: doesn't matter if you paid for 3 months before june 30th; what matter is that you register for that sub model and it eventually bills you before the start of 2.0.

That's fine and dandy, but did you talk about the May 31st date at all? For instance, my situation is I bought the game on June 8, 2012. I would like to pay for 90 days right now if it would get me legacy, but there seem to be conflicting reports.

I'm talking to someone now, but they are somehow making it less clear.

you dont qualify, your situation is very straightforward

you were not registered and on your free trial before the end of may.....
