Monk:
Dragon Kick: The current animation lasts so long, your character's still on their back by the time your next GCD is ready.
Dragoon:
Chaos Thrust/Spring: Why flower petals on a dragon-themed job? Those weaponskills should be fire-themed so they would reflect the dots they apply and recall a dragon's breath.
Heaven's Thrust: Personally, I think Full Thrust, the inferior weaponskill version, still looks and sounds more impactful.
Wyrmwind Thrust: Should have quick tracer line going through the twin dragons to better display the spear throw. Right now, your spear simply disappears from your hands like your're throwing air.
Black Mage:
BLM's many similar casting animations: There's probably about 6 different casting animations. I think they should be more diverse.
Machinist:
Heated Slug: Heated Slug is the most goofy animation out there and it sounds empty.
Clean shot: Looks like a magic spell, which flies in the face of what a machinist is.
Ricochet: It also looks magical. I would instead change it to a hand grenade or grenade launcher.
Automaton Queen: All of Automaton Queen's animations should be greatly sped up. She's so slooooow.
