I mean...I think lalafell are perfectly fine how they are, I've been one most of my time playing and I'm max height (3'2") I never get mistaken for a minion (barring a certain story event in Endwalker)

For those who are not aware, a male roe with the mini debuff is still taller than a lalafell.
