You can farm the effervescent water +1 from the Nightblade Assassins in a cave outside of Drybone. Cave entrance is at X:44, Y:25. The assassins are level 45-48. I used my Warrior and tried not to pull them all at one time. Good Luck! ^^

I tried this the past few days and got plenty of hq mineral water. I have yet to see effervescent, however.

I killed a few and got only mineral water also, and left thinking I was in wrong spot. Went back later and found they drop both types of water. Try again and you will get your effervescent waters.

The drop rate is not great, but it does drop. Maybe you can get 2 ~ 4 HQ effervescent waters per hour? That seems to be my average. ^^;
