Endwalker Collectors Edition - Figurine knee and leg broken off - poor quality

Sadly I received my Collector's Box with the Figure partially broken, too.
It could be fixed with some glue potentially - however, this is not really an ideal solution.

I contacted the European Square Enix Shop and received an "offer" to either return my complete Box and getting my money back or alternatively a 10€ gift card for the shop.
Neither replacement nor repair seem to be possible.

Both options seem a bit like a joke to me. :(

yea i would be fighting with those options and ask to speak with someone higher

Here’s my original message to SE support and their reply. These things never reach Yoshida or anyone high enough in the company that can actually do something about it. i assure you that if this had reached Yoshida that a recall for these figures would have been made already because it’s happened in the past with other FFXIV figures.

Sadly it seems the attention on this issue is minor.

Almost two weeks ago I got a reply from the Square Enix EU Shop (Germany). They told me they are going to investigate that problem and will contact me shortly. Still waiting for an answer.

I really hate that kind of answer. Especially their 10euro/dollar gift card offer. Seems they dont care that we are not happy with their products and on top of it they offering a gift card to spend more money...

We need to keep asking them for help on social media and through their support until this reaches someone who can recall the figures. We all paid almost $200 for these collectors boxes and don’t deserve this treatment.

Now, I never owned a figurine and I'd like to know something from those who do or those who bought this particular figurine.

Is this the industry standard? I mean, does this figurine considered to be high quality? Because I'm looking right now at what people have shown here and it's kinda... But maybe that's the standard and I'm not getting it?

i have every FFXIV figure they have released, except for the Play Arts figures cause those are just horrible, and the only figures that i have had issues with is the Midgardsormr figure from the HW CE and now this Paladin WoL from the EW CE. Both for similar reasons.

i remember reading about the issues people were having with the Omega figure before mine arrived and was terrified it thankfully i seem to have gotten one of the better quality ones or something cause i don’t see anything wrong with the one i got. The low quality of this Paladin WoL figure is unreal though.
