I got 2002 at first as well then I got in. Currently at 725 from about 2600. Been about 20 25 minutes or so since I watched the movie again first. I wouldn't be surprised if Aether is finicky.

This launched is worst experience I had come across. Never expect that SE has done with so many expansion, yet failed on this.

First q is 3000 over, when it reduced to 500 over, popped with Lobby error... that’s insane. This never happened from last expansions...

Now many to log in to lobby after 20+ times trying, I’m at 6k+ waiting list.

Early access of day 1 - gone.

I'm going to assume you haven't been part of many launches if this is the worst you've seen. I wouldn't even say this is the worst XIV expansion launch.

Really this is the worst in the 8 years you played? SE doesn't deserve nearly the amount of credit it gets. But this is just full servers, it isn't a design flaw like stormblood.



I do think only 17,000 people on a shared login server is a little sad and should be on the list to be upgraded in next two years permanently or temporarily for certain patches.

You want a better one? I got kicked out of queue at position 300. I cant log in now and the streamer privilege seems more real then ever. Nice 2 week extra wait for nothing Square. Getting beaten by blizzard on expansion launch. GJ

I have been with them since ARR, this is worst I had come across. I’m sharing my own experience. Or perhaps I was lucky in last few packs?

I can't aggree to this. I got also a queue of 2.8k and was two times kicked with an error, but always got my queue place back after log in. Now I'm in an playing. Personally, for me one of the smoothest launches of all expansions right now.

The Problem is we have more players then server´s and because of the pandemic square enix cant buy new servers
