FFXIV 6.0 comes out December 7th. Pre-release is December 3rd

Just absolutely flawless for the people that have planned vacation off of work (and cannot reschedule for December), MONTHS ahead of time only to be screwed over. This might be the last straw for me and this game.

You didn't pay extra for early access, you paid the same that you would have anyway to buy the expansion. So no, you didn't "pay for early access". I understand being upset over the delay, but don't overdramatize it to make yourself seem like more of a victim.

well bad news for me that i am already start my vacation for the this month, I had everything planned. but not a good news but it would not matter with dec because i would not been able to go in vacation either way.

But Yoshi P and the dev team should not be so hard on them self. things happens and if they need more time to check on the plot and lore before release is all good

It is strange that they picked the exact date that Legion Mythic time walking and Mage Tower opens in WoW. This date does not look accidental.

I mean, if a 2 week delay and PTO is the last straw, you didn't seem to have much invested in the game as is. Just seems like an excuse to me, but meh.

Hype is at a low. Another full year between raid tiers. Definitely lost a bit of goodwill over the past bit with releases.

wish they release new jobs and race early to at least make up for it
