I have been playing in NA for almost 2 years now.

As SEA player who playing in JP datacenter
For the god of love, please NO SEA datacenter. I don't want any "putang ina mo" in FF14

I don't think anyone's asking for a DC.
Then again, you can always stay in the JPN DC.

For anyone who is paranoid about the link you can search the thread title here (Open Letter Dear Mr Naoki Yoshida) and prob find it.

Pretty relevant to the topic at hand and discussions about why SEA might be region locked through steam are included in it.

I hope it changes one day for ya'll though.

Some countries have business legislation based on it's countries rule of law; that doesn't allow certain games to be sold officially or in it's 'internet' based operations. Singapore is very different since it's been an international business hub for years; but there are still rules to follow.

I'm sure we all wanted a lot of games to be available globally and internationally without any qualms. But every country has it rules, as such, it should be respected as well. We can only hope that one day things will go positive. Maybe.
