Based on OP's responses in both of his threads, I think it's fairly safe to say they have more account suspensions coming their way in the near future unless they address their behavior. Yelling at people for 'messing up mechanics' (an admission from their previous thread about the same topic) isn't going to fly here, the GMs take this type of harassment pretty seriously. Purposefully trying to offend folks with 'edgy names' isn't going to go unnoticed either. If you can't act like a normal, decent human being towards your fellow players, this just isn't the game for you.

Oh, and calling people 'snowflakes'? To put it in a language you're more likely to understand: That's cringe.

I mean, I'm going to assume you're being fasicious or sarcastic here, but in the event that you're not:

If you, a person with access to both money and an internet connection powerful enough to play this game, can not keep up with what is generally common knowledge and common sense... then yes.. you should be googling and double checking things if only to educate yourself on worldly matters. Ignorance is not an excuse.

Speaking as a former moderator in an online game, several things jump out to me in these two threads. I notice that you acknowledge that you were reported for verbal behavior (yelling at people) and for your retainer names as well as your FC name... Yet of those offenses you're only divulging your FC name. This leads me to believe that the other two offenses were far worse.

Second, you mention that your FC had the tag C14K, which would be fine in most cases... Except that the number 14 in combination with the word Klan has some loaded history behind it and I'm sure this influenced the GMs decision for such a hefty punishment.

Lastly, I've played this game since 1.X and have kept a mostly uninterrupted sub. I've had disagreements with players, and some have even ended on a less than cordial note with reports and blacklists, yet despite all this I have made sure never to cross the line into outright rude and abusive behavior. Why do I bring this up? Well, despite doing some of the things that trolls will tell you will get you in trouble with the "evil snowflake" GMs, I have never seen the gaol.

Lastly, complaining on the forums won't do you any good and you're unlikely to find favor here, we can all read between the lines and see the things that are being said and more importantly, left out. Just take the loss, reflect on what landed you here, and do better in the future.

His tag includes Bill Cosby (C) The 14 words (14) and the KKK (Klan). These are not innocent things. The 14 words moreso than the others as it’s lesser known, but given context, it is not a huge conclusion to jump to that he knew/knows what 14 would mean when placed next to the “K” that stands for clan in his FC tag (C14K)

Considering how you are complaining I doubt you learned anything from it, but hey here is an idea I know it's going to sound crazy but maybe don't use offensive names.

Yeah this really sounds like a you problem even as someone not from the US I can tell you that, that doesn't fly and if you thought it would then you're ignorant or purposefully playing dumb.
And can we just take a moment to appreciate the tags on this topic? "Unfair ban" the ban was completely fair if anything it was to harsh but that's not an unfair ban and "Help a new player" for what? Purposefully digging your own hole?
