About new hairstyles

I don't know why they didn't add npc hairstyles yet... like Hilda's. It's not too long, would be great for both gender, they already made it, just need to adjust for all races, except two... can't be that hard.

I presume in most cases they wanted to keep the features, inc Hairstyles to be unique to the charterer particularly in the case of Hilda (a hybrid), Nanamo (important character in terms of being a head of state) or Emet-Selch and Zenos (antagonists)

Which isn't to say that any unique hairstyle isn't gonna be made available for players soon if at all, but chances more likley that not for that happening outside the Scions (Y'shtola and Minfillia's 'dos are on the Cash Shop)

At this point just.... unlock gender-locked hairstyles. The recent hairstyles they've introduced just ain't doing it, to be honest.

The issue is that it's not just an 'unlock them'. It's that the hairstyle now has to be modeled for any race/gender pairing that didn't previously have it. But you're not wrong that it might be a better use of time to do that, rather than making entirely new (and potentially restricted) hairstyles.

(Meanwhile, I just want the dreadlocks I used to use not to clip through literally every piece of clothing, and also the character's body. I went short hair 'temporarily', and the lack of clipping has been such a relief I haven't managed to go back.)

I've seen people say that Yoshi had said he'd add it if people asked for that kind of stuff- well, people are asking but it's clearly just not a priority of theirs.

I love bob cuts.
They're one of my favorite styles.
Even I've got more than enough of them.
I understand they're easier to implement, but I echo this sentiment. More variety please

I like bob cuts too- but I'd like curly ones/ wavy ones not just straight hair all of the time

Yeah my wording wasn't exactly the best. I realize that nothing ever is "just do this" when it comes to video games, least of all this game... But to reiterate, I do feel like the last few hairstyles we've gotten have been rather uninspired so I guess what I'm trying to say is I'd settle for having more options (have other races/gender's hairstyles be made more available).

I haven't been a fan of the recent style. They're all kind of poofy around the head and those pieces dangle unnaturally far away from the face.
