LB3 would be unnecessary in this system, and I already took one from Alphascape, but sure, there are other options.

Actually kefka uses ultima, i think that would be more appropriate instead of trine

Trine is actually a classic Blue Magic spell though, while Ultima is classically a Black Mage spell.

Well why not both then, like cutter cry boss drop 2 spells

Decent idea for a puppetmaster limited job, building customized mammets with specially designed skills.

So this is totally interesting about having to collect LB abilities, though personally I'd probably just limit it to 3(one for each mimicry role)
Speaking of Mimicry though, I really dont think by level 70 its use as a role shifter will be very strong at all. Personally I think it could be sent as a trait, or a toggle to give all 3 benefits, while mighty guard would just increase enmity, and raise defense as a stance, current with how tank stances work in ShB(The added defense has to be for BLU since its not very tanky defensively). Although, that may be a bigger change than what we get for an update at this time?

I thought about posting a new thread with speculations, but looked to see if one had already been posted.
Having been so long throughout SB, which ill be honest, wasnt my favorite expansion of the 3 to date, what skills might we be seeing from the outdoor mobs or primals like suzaku or byakku?. I'm guessing we will see similar to the last update, maybe 2 primal abilities, and two normal raid abilities on shared cd? Personally this might be big, if a job guage is involved. I know throughout this thread ive seen mega over the top abilities that might as well be learned LB, but what about other utility/mob abilities we might see? All i can remember from the past expansions in invuln stacks, and invuln stacks. Im not really keen on what the abilities did besides that when you got hit

BLU shouldn't learn the ultimate attacks of Primals (that should be SMN's job).

A fair point, however:
Summoner is never going to learn anything from Susano at this point.
Gilgamesh learns it, and he's basically a Blue Mage.
There should be something you can learn from Kugane Ohashi (but not exclusively, due to the entire Hildebrand questline gating it) and this would make the most sense to me.

Although... Stormsplitter could also work (Susan uses Stormsplitter, Greg uses 'Epic Stormsplitter' for basically the same effect)

Another possibility is something entirely different for the LB spell, and then a regular spell 'Inoshikacho' which is learned from both Yojimbo in Kugane Castle, and Gilgamesh in Kugane Ohashi. Like a Timebomb AoE spell.
