Lobby Server Error

Similar thread on Technical Support, so it seems like it's happening to a lot of people.
The game went on sale for 40% off on Steam. Along with the Hatching-tide event, I wouldn't be surprised if we're getting higher traffic than normal.

It is 3AM CDT here. I went to reset the game because I lost my audio and now I cannot get back in. Does anyone know if this is worldwide or just NA.

Just got back in. It appears that the problem involves connecting to the Lobby server. Once in game there are no problems.

Seems to be an issue with NA datacentres; no issue with JP DCs.

I'm thinking someone needs to revise their concurrency caps for spike balancing.

As an earlier poster said, given the steam sale, likely an influx; they've been marketing pretty heavily of late as well.

I was able to get back in about 30 minutes or so after my ticket went up, lucky me! Hope everyone else escapes the bumps.
