Right, because no one knows YouTube to see things before they buy them. That or she just said that to make herself look good and earn a couple of likes, who knows.

You talk mad smack about me being hyperbolic for someone that uses an equally bad hyperbole. And aside from your annoying font and all, what do you (oh mighty red one and whatnot) propose how such rewards should be distributed if not via different content? Everything crammed in the guildhest category because that's what you like? C'mon, lad. You can't be that dim.
I can only speak for myself, but I dont conduct a thorough research before every purchase I'm making - specially not when its not exactly costing a fortune. People are allowed to make "uneducated" purchases by just buying something they expect they'll like and then notice that something isnt really right about it after all.
(For example: I bought the Edda-outfit for my character, I had even tried it on before and figured that it looked nice enough to spend that coupl of euros during a sale. When actually seeing it on my character and not only in that little dressing room window I noticed that I dont like it that much after all and havent glamoured it since - I could see the same happen easly for a mount like that: Seeing the screenshot, thinking "Oh, that looks nice" and then noticing only later that theres something about it thats bothering you after all)
@Omymy
I don't know what you are trying to accomplish, but I never denied buying it, and as was suggested I know what I'm talking about as I could test it out. And like you, I am an avid lover of the Fat Cat and just impulse bought that mount, sue me.
But nice try to divert the attention from your claim of being never being serious after defending your point quite seriously.
