Personally I think the person you're replying to made a much kinder and more thoughtful post, albeit critical, than your own reply to him. Between him and you, if there were to be one person I would have to label as problematic, it would be you.

As someone who has worked for gaming support in the past for another company, I can't tell you how many times I've heard the dyslexia excuse (over a 4 year period) of calls/chat support engagements. And I couldn't agree more. I'm sure there ARE people with dyslexia (like the OP), but we had to treat everyone the same and denied name changes too. You can't tell who is and who isn't doing things to scam companies anymore. Every user is different, but all it takes is a few bad apples to make things change or stick to the guns of the company standard policies.
