Nah it isn't a bug, Ahriman, according to at least one Final Fantasy game, get really sore eyes. That twitch makes it look like it's eye is quite sore, (like how people squint in harsh sunlight) so it fits.

Strike 1: Who’s bright idea was it to make the creature the mount instead of the pumpkin?

Strike 2: No costume?....for Halloween..?

Maybe they just focused their resources on Ishgard restoration, but still, this is pretty lame.

A free mount I'll take it even if it is kinda lame. I also agree with others about having no costumes is dumb.

Isn't that the monster that was raping women in the storyline in the early levels. I'm pretty sure it is.

But that's only because we already have the Ahriman as a mount. While it is all fine and dandy that we actually get a new mount, I would have been more excited about the pumpkin instead of a second Ahriman with an hat.

I'll never ride it though I'll gladly add it to my mount collection

Could have been indoor furnishing since the summer event also featured outdoors stuff. I'm all for decorating yards but I feel bad for all the people that collect outdoor furniture but can't use due to not owning a house. SE should take that a bit into consideration since housing is so limited.

I like the mount though. Was also expecting a nice Mummy glamour to slowly add up to "iconic" Halloween costumes since we already have ghosts, witches, vampires, pumpkin head and werewolves.

Exactly! It's annoying to read posts complaining about not getting the pumpkin carriage for a mount. It reeks of self-entitlement.

I'm thankful for what the devs are giving us. All Saints Wake looks like it'll be a fun festival.
