"New game plus - quests will have no rewards..."

I was a little surprised at no XP but understood after some reflection. It would just become spam mode for all the bots, and legitimate players would likely struggle to get in if there were rewards, even XP rewards.

I am so excited for it to arrive

SUPER hard disagree and add a dash of 'this is where the bots would swarm' to it. No exp, no rewards, and those who want to enjoy the story can do so without the annoyance of the hackers and cheaters. Ah, the sweet bliss of it all. I can't wait.

I'm glad we get to relive the story. I hope they will put the DRK storyline (and other jobs storylines too) because I loved it !

I also don't mind the absence of rewards... I mean, it would have been pretty weird to get a free fantasia everytime we finish Prae. Wouldn't be a smart business move for them imo. So I'm not surprised there are no rewards.

i dont even think EXP farming MSQ would even be worth it
its like leves that dont know when to stop talking at some points

i can see when it would be nice
like if you want to be a Dark knight for ARR and you just go back once you unlock it
no charge needed*

What people wanted was to level alt jobs going through the story again. This feature will go utterly unused by most players if it goes live like that. At least the XP rewards NEEDS to be in place.

The MSQ takes a lot of time to complete and remember that there are level requirements. No one will be leveling faster than in PotD or HoH or even dungeons. It is ridiculous to think so.

I can't speak for everyone, but I just wanted to relive some of the fights without having to level another character.

This feature has been requested countless times since I've been around, and this thread is the first time I am hearing about any kind of expectation of a reward. MSQ completion time is moot because unlike the MSQ, the new game plus feature is not a requirement for progression. They might tie some exp and gil to this, but it would be very small.

My only complaint is not the rewards, but rather how they said you would have to choose a quest from a list. 'Sounds just about as immersive as choosing an unlocked campaign level from a first person shooter in 2005.

I would much rather have a system to manually toggle back and forth between my New Game+ and my current status.

I'm hoping though with the new game plus we aren't limited to one play through of it. I mean I doubt we would be but it would suck if we were. I know they said only one save but how often can that save be overwritten?
