Does anyone know what the rested XP maximum limit is?

They stacked for me, I was getting ~3.5k XP per synth on my Alchemist with both Rested and XP Scroll bonus. Maybe you accidentally grabbed the wrong scroll?

You can actually use the wrong scroll, and have it get used up, without it being applied to your exp?
