It would be nice though to have an optional romance subplot at some point. Our WoDs/WoL's are probably getting lonely without an actual companion..at least mine is.

And most likely be taken captive, used as leverage or even killed off sooner or later.

Nothing cries out more to be a target than being a companion of a powerful, primal-slaying, world(s)-saving entity which you can possibly exploit for your own purposes.
