Tsubame having a cast time was never a real issue at high level play, you could already slide cancel it pretty hard. Nin's buff is pretty insulting considering basic potency calculation could have told them that this wouldn't be close to solving any issues. A real shame.

That's the issue- SAM pDPS isn't much higher than DRG or MNK right now. Add in buffs to Monk and rDPS and there's really no point to bringing a Samurai.

Maybe they expected Ninja's attack speed rotations to be taken into account along with Trick Attack debuff? They should make Skill Speed a bit more of a priority for Ninja besides Dexterity to make up what they do in damage.

Ninja is supposed be fast lore-wise, and in general.

Maybe have their Ninki Gauge tied to letting their dagger abilities to able to attack twice (similar to Duality) that would take up small amounts of the Ninki Gauge, it would be alternative to their other two abilities that would take up most of it (like that Frog thing as one example), maybe have it take like 10 points with each dagger ability hit.

Ninja's dps wasn't the deciding factor why they were "mandatory", nor was trick attack. It was, imo, the combination of all the tools/support they offered.
They had(still have) trick attack, had enmity generation for tanks and reduction for another party member and also brought a slashing debuff (in case the group didn't have a warrior). For me this is what made them mandatory in every raid group, now that slashing and enmity type skills are gone, he is left with only trick attack and his personal dps. Maybe he needs a raid buff skill, similar to monk's brotherhood,but with different effect, or maybe he is fine with only offering trick attack as "utility" skill. I don't know, overall i am glad that his spot isn't locked anymore by default because he offers so much "utility".

On his dps i won't comment, maybe he needs a buff, maybe not, i don't know. Since there are only 4 dps slots in a raid and 9(?) dps jobs, it's normal that some will be left out of the "meta",whatever the reason may be.

I never had any issue with RDM's MP, personally. It only got bad when having to raise a lot, and that happens to anyone with a raise spell; it's just that RDM can get there more easily due to Dualcast substituting for Swiftcast.

The biggest issue I have with RDM currently is that Reprise was, and still is, useless enough to not warrant a slot on my bars. Please just get rid of this skill and replace it with literally anything else and it will probably be an improvement.

Feel faster. I could just Tsubame immediately after Midare and follow with shinten/Kyuten before gcd came up while I'm moving around. It feel like 2 shinten after Midare but 1 of them hit harder!

Now the only thing left is to find a new bed and put it down on the flower field at Il Mheg and I'll feel like the happiest person in the first.

I wouldn't be it doesn't do the same stuff as before it was nerfed severely my cousin said.

cousin said he removed 3 skills off his bar because they've became useless.

meditate gone due to charging in 1 spot for 5 charges when you constantly on the move not worth it and cost you dps
shoha gone not worth it because low damage 10-13k and waiting for level 5 meditate for that amount is laughable.
he was excited for hagakure return but then noticed its crap and he then removed it.
