Petition / Unaccpetable issue about server merger.

eidt: what happen if you apply as defaul server merger ? is that effect at all ? if no, then the email sound fishy

Huh, if you want to stay on your server you don't need to click anything. Now I'm confused. o.o

I'm about 100% sure it's his own fault, I guess he didn't read the explanation, thought he had to pick a server and picked one instead of going to the default server.
Now, after March 12th, he tries to go back to his original server which is obviously not working since movements from all servers have been locked (except for movments to Ragnarok).

Also, to all people calling the email he got a "scam", that's how SE's support mails look like, the information they gave is true and the link at the end of the mail is the real SE support centre.
OP/OP's friend just did something stupid and now makes it look like it's SE's fault.

I am guessing he accidentally clicked something that he did not want to. I have never clicked anything but I logged in and checked now and my char is being moved to "default server merge". So if you have not clicked anything you're fine and will stay on your server. :)

thank for the reply and sorry for make another confuse, as i click on "apply" on "default server merger" before and from my understanding it doesn't make any different and now the OP make this post and I become unsure.

my status is : World Selected for Transfer: Default Merged World , guess i am fine

Yeah you didn't need to click on anything but you are fine. :)

If SE is tranfering people w/o asking them more people should be on forum saying something, so pretty sure his friend did something wrong.

Why would SE do that without any notice anyway? We have forums, people can publicly voice their concerns. If such a move was done on a large population then we'd have tons of complaints.

Won't event mention that doing so would means losing customers (if someone is separated from all his friends/LS without consent, there are little chance that anyone would continue to play/pay). SE moves aren't always bright but come on...

You can change back to your default server even if you change to another server.

I tried this with a mule moving it to Ragnarok and if I want I can freely move it back to Hyperion. (or "Default Server")

Edit: Ok maybe you can't anymore.
Simply looks like they moved and then wanted to go back but couldn't since it's locked.

I explained above, you could switch back until March 12th, but now the servers are locked.
