Forum acting funny for anyone else?

I've been having this happen for the last couple days, yeah.

Yes, been happening since the last hot fix. Or at least that is when I noticed it.

It's really affecting me badly where anytime I try to navigate to a new forum page or page in a new thread I am taken to an old version of a page that looks to be from around the time frame of the night before the expansion patch. It's also making it so "likes" don't show properly, it removes the likes that I give to others posts and I have to refresh pages on average 5 or more times before I get the recent version. It also makes it almost impossible to make a post because it will just get stuck when I click to start a new post and I have to refresh the page a bunch of times before it works. It's really terrible and making the forums incredibly difficult to use.

Been happening to me since around July 1st and happens on whatever device I am accessing the forums with.

I wonder if to combat increased traffic they turned on some server side caching tools and it's messing with the forums?

I've been having this issue a lot today.

CTRL+F5 seems to be partially effective. That seems to at least handle the Likes problem. It's hit and miss with the "reply with quotes" problem, though.
