We are in need of a official response to the healer situation

Yes, I think that is the mindset of the whiners. Evidenced by the fact that they're very quick to mention how right they were in the same situation with Stormblood.

If you are the designer, you have a plan and specific reasons behind your design choices. Do you listen to feedback from people whose experience with your design totals up to 10 minutes of footage from "Special Event II"? Basic common sense says no. I would give everyone enough credit to understand this, which is why we all know that adjustments will be made only after release - only after people have had time to play through the expansion. That is when your feedback matters.

So either people do not understand this, or their complaining has a purpose other than offering feedback.

Basic common sense says that you dont know the mindset of the "whiners". (also arent you whining as well? So you are part of the problem. You are whinnig about whinning how quaint) So you are saying common sense while not demonstrating any of your own and doing what you are critcizing, makes your whole argument oxymoronic, at best. So either you think you know what they are thinking, or your complaining, sorry "whining", has as much value as theirs.

You cant say they are outright wrong, since you also havent played anything nor can you say that the opposite is true, but you are free to share your views, as you have.

Oh and i would listen to that feedback, because "common sense" also dictate that all feedback is feedback, if you start choosing and picking given arbitrary values, well why even have a forum? By the by "common sense" also says that you should not engage with people that you dont like, yet you here you are or you do like whinning and whiners and are just looking to "hook up" with those you like? So if you go around using words like "common sense" but apply none of it, can you really say that is common sense or do you not have common sense?

What was plan and design reason behind SB WHM lilies? Was people's feedback after they saw 10 minutes of its footage wrong? Did their feedback change after people had time to play through the expansion?

She never said "they are outright wrong". Just that complaining and whining at the moment is useless, and thats right.

Im not comenting on other Healer-threads, because yes, everyone can share their opinion. But this thread is a bit different.

He is ignoring the "healing" aspect of healers completely and is only talking about "one button" dps.
He makes many different assumtions without any proof.
Words like "nobody" "all" "every" trigger me quite a bit (I admit that).
And his title demands an official response from SE before release. Thats the useless whining.

Yes. Apparently the forums don't think it's a good idea to check the content where the changes would be relevant before picking up the pitchforks and start poking away.
"Shoot first, ask questions later" seems to be the dominant mindset based off a strong bias that "because nothing changed before, nothing will change now!". (If everything worked that way, nothing would ever change. But that doesn't seem to be wildly understood.)

And here I thought people learned a lesson with Gordias and were shown how badly community's feedback could negatively impact something before it's even out. I guess I was wrong.
