Man, you people must be great at parties.
Seriously though, what do you gain by restricting the choices of others?

You got more options. You got a completely new race that nobody even knew was on the table. You would've rather had just female Viera?
And what if creating the missing genders restricts players from content the devs could've worked on, had they not been pestered by an ungrateful online community?
You could say that about the 2 races being added to begin with though. We didn't need new races at all. They're just cosmetic at the end of the day and they still added them over doing something else. I see no reason for them to not just finish out the races since they know people want them.
God forbid they take a break from working on 5.0 eureka to do something else. :v
Because you have no scope on how much work it takes to do it. If you actually had to do the work you would see it. And it's not a one time cost that's done once the expansion is launched, every patch, every time there's new gear, there's extra work.
Regular Eureka was already delayed. the next one doesn't need more reason to be delayed, especially at the cost of something so cosmetic.
While we're at it lets start gender locking jobs too. Gunblade will now be male only and Dancer female only. Brilliant.
While I am personally not in agreement with the whole gender-lock debacle, I do understand that there are currently more important things to be focused on. I would not mind waiting until more important content is worked on before male Viera or female Hrothgar are implemented, if they even decide to go that route. Let's all remember that although we may want something, it doesn't mean we should expect it to be delivered immediately. On the flip side, it's entirely understandable for people to be upset and voice their concerns IF they do it in a polite and respectable manner.
Other people have different areas they allot their importance to. Let's not be selfish and say one is not important at all, whether you're on the unlocking side or not. At the end of the day, we are a community that share mutual enjoyment of the game. Let's not tear each other's heads off over something like this.
