Nothing you say or do is going to stop SE from announcing/releasing this cross over for FFXIV. People complained about FFXIII (some threatening they'd quit), but that event still happened... three times. -

While you might not want the cross-over and I can see your reasoning behind it, I do have to disagree with it. While I agree it has left a sour taste in people's mouthes, there's a lot of people like me who haven't touched the game. Economically speaking, it's probably better for them to do it.
Also, for those curious this link here talks about it and says one of the things confirmed is the XV/XIV collab event - so yeah, looks like it really is confirmed. Curious to see how they handle it. Will it be as mismanaged as XV supposedly was (sorry Damian, but that joke was too tempting for me to pass up)? -

I'm also upset that they canceled most of the dlc but I was also really looking forward to the colab and I've been waiting so long for it to happen, if they said they were going to cancel the colab too that would be even worse. Let the people who want to do the event enjoy it while you go pretend it doesn't exist and miss out.
