It's not. If you ever get kicked, it's because enough people in your party didn't want you there. By metrics alone, you have been focus-tested and it has been decided literally anyone else other than you would be a more desirable option.
Figure out why that is, and make yourself better because of it. I'm not going to make excuses for words exchanged, since that "elitist" should have just kicked out the person in question without a word before it got to the point where he'd say something stupid.
But that absolutely does not excuse repeated careless mistakes or terrible rotations.
