Some spells that will be nice to see in game

Though some I do not recognize...wouldn't it be easier to just say Blue Magic?! Really, nearly all the ones that I do recognize from your list are simply Blue Magic (and pray is an ability I think, not a spell, if I'm not wrong). And seeing as players really want the Blue Mage himself in the game, I'm not really sure the players would be particularly happy with anyone else getting these skills instead.

Some are spells and some are not, but some have spell like animations and could fit well with a caster/healer hence why I mentioned them. Like I could see a new Healer job using Reis's Wind as an aoe heal/regen on the party, or a DRG having a Dragon's Crest type spell.

Yeah, sorry. I just mistook special abilities/limit breaks with Blue Magic for some reason, and I did actually misread the White Draw as White Wind, so there's that. Goes to show how long I didn't play FFVII-IX anywhere beyond the early stages.

Though Apocalypse would most likely fall into Blue Magic field too. From what I checked, it seems that only in VIII and only in the final battle can it be used by the players. Otherwise it's just an enemy ability. So if it would come available to players "at will", I still say it would come as Blue Magic.

I'd really like to see Zenos' "Concentrativity" spell with the corresponding animation and sound effects.

You know it's a funny thing about Apocalypse that it was originally intended to be a bonafide spell that you could use without being in the final battle. Using a gameshark/cheat device etc you could give stacks of it to your characters but would notice it could actually increase your stats when you junctioned it even more than Ultima would (which is generally the best spell). Though Apocalypse could make for an interesting Limit Break...

Definitely some form of Reraise. Could even be Dragonheart for DRG (self-only) or Angel Whisper as a SCH thing (although that might be their LB3, I don't remember).

Saint Cross or some sort of AoE damage spell for PLD.
Death Wish as an AoE mob grab for either WAR or DRK.
Unburdened Soul as a SAM utility skill (heal all other party members by committing sudoku).
Any BRD skill that requires them blowing a horn.
Any MCH ability that involves pulling out a small cannon.
Vermedica for RDM, along with an AoE finisher alternative to Verflare/Verholy that would boost both black and white mana bars.

And lastly....the SMN LB3 animation without the effects as a "/rawr" emote.

Yes single skill macros still delay combat. Even if it's just the one skill when you hit the button you're hitting a macro and not a skill, so it still won't queue like the actual skill does.

Spells I want to see for WHM:

1.) White Mage:

[+]Dia (To replace Aero)
[+]Diaga (To replace AOE Aero)
[+]Arise (Raises target to full health /w weakness intact)
[+]Reraise (If you are KO raises you with 1 HP, can only be used outside of combat and a long recast of 3mins.)
[+]Holy II (Upper class of Holy)
[+]Banish I-IV (To replace Stone)
[+]Cure III Renamed to Cura
[+]New Cure III to proc Cure IV.
[+]Cure IV (Procs with Cure III)

[-]Fluid Aura (Get rid of it.)
[-]Repose (Get rid of it.)

Aeros and Stones given to a new job: Geomancer ;3

Meltdown as a SCH version of Holy/Gravity. Fits the theme of Broil.
