Imo underwear shouldnt have lvl requirement and shouldn't give any stats whatsoever and just be comsetic.
That said there could then be alot more options for colours and types of undergarments.

Having level requirements etc on UNDERWEAR is just plain silly and I hope that is something that gets changed in future.

Also can we please have an option for male characters to NOT wear undergarments for the upper body?
Every other game i can think of(cept ffxi) that lets you strip down to your undies also makes male characters able to be topless...

Hmmm.... Underwear with high level armor ratings??? Well, a lot of players run around in their underwear anyway, so what's the dif? Subligars and Colliseum stuff and bikinis replace underwear already... so isn't that the same thing??? Just a name change.

BTW I like my Colliseum gear but would still kill for a variety of bikinis...
