Red Mages need some love

Red Mage Rotation is simplistic so it is really like Dualgunner said.
There is not enough variation in the rotation that you make your own. It is not like Blm were you can do multiple rotations differently then others
I will also repeat what i have said in other RM threads, if one thinks RM is fine how it is you clearly are not playing RM correctly or do the harder content

If I have a break from Red Mage and go back, it’s fun for a bit, but the rotation makes it become boring quickly. Also many Red Mages don’t seem to manage their aggro at all, so it can be difficult tanking in dungeons with them in the party. :)

How so? They were being civil.

My static's at the point where we're "post-prog" on O5S, O6S, and O7S (Most of the time eh.....not really). At this point, after seeing my numbers, it's getting kinda depressing.

I'll be frank a couple months ago in the BLM thread I said that RDM was soon to follow, but SE won't buff them because of Verraise which is why I consider it a huge problem and not really an asset. I mean for prog is good and all but after that what comes?

It's not that they wont, they really can't make RDM strong and have Verraise.

I'm 95% certain they said they are going to be adjusting RDM damage up. I'm also reasonbly sure they didn't include any specifics about what that means, which probably means it will likely just be minor potency adjustments to various skills. E.g. Jolt/Impact/Verprocs going up by 10 potency or something.
