random disconnect inside dungeon, no error code, internet is fine

Only way can see them fixing these lag spikes and random disconnect problems is move the servers database to a location that doesn't have know problems. CA was very bad location to move them to. Hardly ever at old location they was at did I disconnect and if did was from internet company working at station. Gets very tiring in a dungeon where shows you dodged a big aoe attack just to die from it because server doesn't think you made it out of in time. Also times game slows down on you and can't make it out in time from the lag then dead.

Ive been having random disconnects since 4.2 was released aswell, its only happened while in instances or while transisitioning into instances. Im on the Chaos DC and have see some packet loss at the datacenter. Here is the traceroute info i have at the moment.

Having same issue, though mine started after just this last patch. net is fine, all other games, services, etc. run fine without issue. Tried restarting router, etc etc etc..

i dont want to be offensive but pls tell me there is other solution beside "thank you for the information, here's a link that you already know"

me and iam sure some other people here has stated that your solution from that link didnt work, i try the IE part, port forwarding, router, antivirus and calling my isp. it still there the error 90002 still happen and i think its on your (SE) side.

- this happen for me ONLY in instance like dungeon (DF, primal, pvp, raid)
- i do daily, hunt, fate, levequest and then leave my char AFK for 2 hours and i didnt get even one error 90002 DC
- when error 90002 happen, my prompt ping -t on google and elemental server has no single pip of rto
- i tune in internet radio and live stream such as twitch and when i get error 90002, both the radio and live stream still going smooth without hiccup

so yes i check everything on my side and i found nothing so i ask, hows on your side SE?

iam not forcing you to give us valid solution but if you dont have the solution yet then just say so, dont give us "pls provide informaton" after that you just link us to "generic" solution that iam sure 80% people here already knew and tried before, remember this error has exist even back from HW era, so people has try a lot of method especially the one with IT experience. i've check other place like reddit and still no solid solution yet which made me even more sure that this problem may indeed from your side.

if i sound rude then iam really sorry, but i really dont know what to do anymore and your reply to us is more or less asking us to run in circle right now
