There are burst windows for like every class, if you counter these windows as healer there is not much to fear from dps until the next burst window. Players in frontlines usually don't care if they are bursting in a tank lb or safeguard buff, or if the targets are covered by tanks.
A lot of people have targeting issues, they cant run and press an attack button the same moment, they use standard movement controls and cant run backwards fast, they are not using all their skills and sitting on full TP/MP ressources, they have no real burst it is just a constant dmg output often with no spike, it may even seem high at the end of a feast match but all that damage wont kill a healer usually, only burst is really effective. Some people are afraid of attacking, they seem like they are doing something, but they aren't, they use a skill every 5-10s.
When we will have premade matches in feast it will become really ridiculous, because you will see targets often die in 1gcd and you cant do anything about it.
Another issue is, if both sides have bad dps, MP will be low(because its a long fight), you cant use your big heal anymore all the time because it is 4xmore expensive for just the double heal output, so MP miss management leads to kills too.
Even if the 4 dps you mentioned were somewhat capable, with a constant Cure II/Benefic II/Adlo spam it might be possible to sustain for some time, you will be at 0 MP after a very short time, but maybe they give up or are dead until then. This is why it is important to keep up pressure against healers, as they often burn their cooldowns in frontlines pretty fast, if they are gone they are easy to kill. Delay your burst a bit and it will be easier.
