In Regard to Housing in Patch 4.1

It's poorly worded, but what Yoshi P actually means is to prevent the developers from being held accountable to for anything said that may change or not be what players anticipated.

Also, by saying that he covers all bases in regards to players demanding updates

Yoshi, pls do not go the "roulette" (you register and get an house randomly) or auction house route.

Unless literally everyone gets an house, some people will cry about it. Don't get me wrong, i can understand the frustration, especially when errors prevented them from getting an house. But at the end of the day, not everything is based on luck. I had an long discussion about housing ultimate with my friends and we asked ourself, how will people act and which plots will be sold sooner than others for example. At the end all worked out and we got what we wanted. Of course luck plays part in it aswell, but housing ultimate isn't 100% about luck. For instance one of many mistakes people did, was logging out in kugane instead of shirogane. With that said, i am happy about the new plots so more people can get an home :)

Thank you Yoshi for considering the player base. On Mateus all of our houses went in under thirty minutes from either Bots or other kinds of people with the intent to horde or sell and if I can ask to make more wards that you would intend to make that would perhaps give more home buyers a chance to get something.

Please realize that the majority of players want housing to be something accessible to all and not just a few. Please consider:

Retroactive restrictions on the ownership of houses. One FC plot and One personal plot per player account.

Instanced House Floorplans. The wards are indeed beautiful but I'm willing to go without at this point if it means getting the space for the FC.

FC Prioritization. It's so demoralizing to groups of players chipping in together trying to get a plot for their company only to see all of them get sold to solo players. This hurts the feeling of community.

Proactively searching for and applying harsher punishments to house flippers and botters abusing the housing system.

Adding more tenant slots so people can share more spaces/gardening plots.

Thank you for the closure, Yoshi-P. Now we know that we have confirmation that these underlying problems will be worked on, it feels great.

Just having a delay between relinquishing a plot and having it go back up for sale could prevent selling plots and so discourage hoarding them.

Fix the multiple characters trade housing. More wards are nice! But they are not the solution, if things doesn't change the situation @4.2 will be the same of last Thuesday
