It may have changed later but my interest on it already gone after smashing my face some times to the grinding wall. Today, you can gift me it from a npc but dunno if I'll go get it. That's how I feel about that weapon today.

I'd name it Aerondight after my current favorite sword in Witcher 3.
That's probably named after Arondight, popularly Lancelot's sword. It's also already in the game: https://eu.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodes...m/c3c8c7c4078/
Don't spoil it for the people who think it was a hard grind and the ARR was so much easier because they just know the nerfed to the ground ARR version. :D
I would really not like to see that you can name your relic because people will use names that no one wants to see ever.
I'd name my relic Wabbajack then smack Gosetsu with it and hope he gets turned into an exploding chicken
What's wrong with that anyways? Put a filter onnit just like everythin' else and ya won't have any kids suddenly findin' out dicks exist.
It won't even be as bad as Chocobos since ya'd have ta inspect 'em ta see it, an' then it's yer fault. LOTRO has named legendaries, so ya better believe I named my club 'Elrond's Sphincter Stopper' and killed many an orc. That raised my enjoyment and nobody in years ever said anythin'. Probably nobody even noticed. Though I loved seein' what people came up with, it said a lot about them and their characters.
I'd name mine impact biscuit just like my now retired racing chocobo
Honestly, I would have numerous relics, so coming up with numerous names would become a strain after a while. The question is whether I go with the flower theme angle like my retainers share with my main character's first name, or the lightning motif that is shared between my chocobo and Aster's surname. <_<
(I'm a writer, so thinking about these things is sort of what I do)
