Shirogane Housing and Relocation

Can we please have more wards? All of these will sell out in 5 minutes and then we'll be back to where we started. There's too many people who simply have no access to housing whatsoever because of the shortage compared to the population.

House storage for all those event decorations! \o/

One thing that I didn't see addressed (and sorry if it was brought up in the thread, it's been a long day) was a situation where I have the necessary FC permissions to buy/relocate my FC's house, but also own a personal estate. I imagine that in that case, I'll receive a prompt which of those I want to transfer? Or am I blocked from it outright because I already own a house?

Is relocation only for FCs and not personal houses?

It said it at the very beginning so yes, you'll be able to relocate your personal at the same time.

This is definitely the way to do it! Good going SE! Now you just need to block reselling for a couple months to stop the scalpers and it would be perfect.
