If my math isn't wrong even with all your VODS the odds of rolling the same number twice is that low since you have 1/100, so if each person can equally roll those 100 numbers that means there is a 1% chance to roll any number. In order to have a substantial test size you have to first understand the odds of the same number being rolled twice, aka the odds of the same 1% being hit twice.
The basic equation is 1/100 * 1/100 which equals to 1/10,000 that means there is a 1 in 10,000 chance to roll the same number or a .01% chance that when you roll need on an item and get a 74, another person getting that same number is .01% chance.
