I just wanna say I'm having great success rates with your macros. Using the RNG one an awful lot for mats with a pretty good HQ rate. Then I either use your No RNG to finish the end craft (with some HQ mats) if non-specialist or NJA's macro if specialist.

Oh good point Lialiin! A few people lightly mentioned something like that but I hadn't seen the math on it yet. But you're right with a control food and some control melds you could hit the threshold!

You're correct MrSnowFlake. Let me update the pictures since people use different foods. When I listed these in heavensword I listed the base CP requirement (with food) and the CP on your toon. Apparently that listing is more clear ;-)

Done updated so people can see the stat difference with and without food. This should make it easier to use a different food.

Thanks everyone!

I updated the front page with the actually minimum requirements for Craftsmanship (I downgraded myself and tested for the edge) Apparently you only need Character stats 1288 Craftsman (for the top macro), 467 CP, and NQ Tempura Platter. This means you could meld a very light set. Likewise with HQ Tempura you could even meld lighter as it would only require character stats 1277 Craftsman (for the top macro), 456 CP, and HQ Tempura Platter. I'll make a melding recommendation to go with this macro for people who want some cheep melds.

I've added two efficient meld sets you can use with my rotations, they minimize materia usage and do not require specialist soulstones:
