with the way the moogle suit is in the game now ($12 per character not a one-time thing), that I how I would expect the minions to be distributed. People who went to or subscribed to the fanfest livestreams get the respective minions/glamor items account wide. When they go for sale in the mogstation, the items will be per character. I wouldn't expect them before a year from now at the earliest.

Well the receipt doesn't really need to, you've already bought it by that point.

But they do actually mention use the term "exclusive" in quite a few places:

There's probably other places (live letters perhaps?), but that's just checking back a few pages on the lodestone.

Although we don't know for sure, perhaps the Yuna/Tidus outfits will end up on the mogstation later (as they were the same for each stream, much the same as the Moogle outfit was at the time), but personally I think the minions will never turn up again, like the ones included with soundtracks, art books, etc.

Adding to my previous post, but SE have just sent out an email saying about the gear/minions (see below). They hardly even mention the stream and the whole email is just to push the items and they say it's the last chance to get both the gear AND minions.

It's obviously up to you how you interpret this, but to me it seems pretty clear they're saying we'll never get a chance to get the gear/minions again (and as someone who bought all three, I know I'll personally be quite annoyed if that turns out not to be the case!)
