Make S ranks immune to damage after spawning. You did it for Ixion.

On Zodiark we have many problems with a single person soloing S Ranks pre-Stormblood and its getting frustrating, many hunters dont even bother teleporting to the target since it will go down in seconds anyway.

Its a gift from the gods self if you happen to see people waiting more than one minute before attacking a hunt and since i need around 55secs to teleport to the area (Lag + slow pc and dont forget that even when i come to the area, the monster wont load because of load order) i doubt i will ever get more than 70 As (have 63) and 20 Ss (have 19) or getting the Tiger in less than 5 years

On Hyperion I call out SB hunts and wait for people to come help.... no one shows up.... I actually helped 4 man a SB A Rank the other day because there was no one else coming. If I see an ARR hunt, I kill it on-sight. I am not waiting for everyone to show up, especially since I am passively hunting.

some guy the other day complained that another person early pulled an ARR S rank too early when we had like 40 people there. like really. if you want the hunts hunt them yourself or hurry ur ass to the called out location. if you dont get there in time for a call out oh well, you didnt want the kill enough if you weren't hunting it yourself and blaming someone that wants to get on with their hunting or just day in general is dumb.

Yeah this is an old thread, but I'm finally getting on to the forums because S rank hunting is getting really out of hand and toxic. PLEASE implement an invulnerability system to make S rank creatures immune to damage for a set about of minutes. In my opinion, even 5 minutes should be enough to login, teleport, and fly to the location of the S rank. In-game chat and Linkshells are getting really toxic and nasty from people throwing blame and accusations at each other.

They're going to have to do something about this sooner or later due to the power creep making everything die faster and faster.

We've had multiple instances of spending tons of time spawning a hunt, only to have some random passerby immediately start attacking it before we could even locate it and while it's always had HP to spare by the time we found it, that isn't going to be the case down the line and it hardly seems fair to not even a shot at something you put in all the effort to spawn.

Simply turning the S ranks into hidden FATEs and forcing level sync on them would go a long ways in alleviating the hunting salt and also make it a more enjoyable activity overall by making them present an actual challenge.

I agree, and please implement a in-gane hunt-tracker as well.

All I want to be able to know is if an S rank is inside or it's variable spawn window.

I consider myself to be a reasonable person, but I'm sorry I can't agree with you here. You're saying that S ranks should be held long enough for people that aren't actually in game at the time to log in and partake?

Personally I think the only people who have any cause to complain about missing one, are those who are actively trying to spawn it. Yet you get people who NEVER do this, and don't even search for A ranks complaining about missing out.

If I am not actively hunting and I see an S rank called then I will drop everything and head there, and 9 times out of 10, if I react immediately, I will make it in time. But if I miss it I certainly don't cry foul. I've been at S Ranks where the wait has been 5 minutes and you still get people shouting about early pulls.

S rank should scale to the persons max level class so lvl 50/60 can start hunting for those if they want and so people in groups of 8 just don't go around spawning S ranks by themselves and telling no one,making it a little harder for them to do it with just one or two groups
also a buff to recent A/S ranks would be a nice idea,they get power creeped out every one or two major patches later
