This is the QUICKEST way to get seals check 1.22b patch notes on Dont Hate The Messenger quest which means you can pretty much do any GC caravan escort, build a party of 8 (to prevent cargo loss/maximise seals) and do L45 caravan somewhere which will net 750 seals per run, i farmed 10k last night and will def do more since this update.Quote:

I strongly discourage actively doing L20 caravan solo/TotoRak dungeons/NMs/Provisions because the drop rate can be low and will be even lower if you are in a massive party where only one or two people get the u/u weapons to trade into GC.
