remember to enter your registration codes

I'd like to enter it. If SE had gave me one. Dunno what they're waiting for to send code to all pre-order.

Se just drives me crazy with all those codes you have to enter to another website to get another etc....Gez, why do you need to make it that complicated ? ^^"

Go back to your order on the SE website, normaly the code you used to get the pre access code changed, you have to enter that new code on the mog station

The way the SE store handles codes is so pointlessly convoluted and has been for at least the entirety of 14's lifespan.

I'm having the exact same issue. Showing that I have Early Access but saying that I still need to buy SB. I've tried registering the 20 digit code again but coming up as already registered. Little bit worried I won't be able to carry on playing and will have to buy it again :( Glad I'm not the only one having this issue though - obviously not glad you're having problems, but at least I'm not on my own!

I just got the "normal" SB key in the mail from my game shop where I purchased the digital early access version - so your key should be coming too.

But that makes this complete key thing a charade:
1. You buy SB early access for the full price of the expansions and you receive a 18 digit code.
2. You have to redeem said 18 digit code on a specific site to get a 20 digit code.
3. You have to register said 20 digit code on your account to get SB early access - but that code only enables you to play early access and not automatically grants you full expansion access.
4. You have to wait for another 20 digit code mailed to you by your seller which is the "full" SB expansion key which you have to redeem to continue having access to SB.
5. SE's own FAQs utterly fail as they completely omit the case of early access digital versions and how they have to wait for another key.

What a joke.

Ahh I see. Yeah SE haven't made it very clear at all; unless we've missed something! I'll wait patiently for my code to arrive then :) Thanks! I feel a bit better now!

I just got my code from SE store. The code on my order page changed from the Early Access code to the Registration code and I entered it on the Mog Station and it worked.

If you ordered from SE store check your order page for your code.

Have my physical PS4 order, redeemed the code on the psn store, says it's successful, launch and log into ffxiv, no prompt to link account with stormblood (weird) check PS4 services list, stormblood expansion not listed, check mogstation says I don't own stormblood. Why is this so hard t-t!!?
